Our house is located on the corner of University Avenue and 28th Street, it is 3 stories tall and houses approximately 60 girls. Having such an amazing chapter house is one of the greatest things about being in Gamma Phi! All members of Gamma Phi Beta are welcome to come to any of the meals at the house! We have 2 wonderful chefs who cook breakfast, lunch and dinner daily! Not only is it great that the sisters don't have to cook their own meals but having so many members together for meals is one of the amazing bonding times which we all share. The dining room is always full of sisters and laughter!
In addition to a wonderful dining room the chapter house is also lucky to have brand new carpeting and hard wood flooring. The bathrooms have also been renovated and offer all of the luxury amenities any sorority girl could ever ask for! Their is no better time to just hang out and chat with sisters then times spent in front of the mirror helping sisters get ready for nights out on the row!
Our house also includes many other great rooms! We have a gym with treadmill, eliptical, and free weights. Also we have 2 TV rooms with large screen TVs where sisters always gather to watch their favorite shows. On top of the TV rooms our chapter house also has 2 beautiful sitting rooms which are great for hosting group project meetings or just hanging out!
One awesome characteristic of the house is our Scholarship room. This room is a 24 hour quiet zone and is filled with desks and tables where sisters can get work done quietly and efficiently! The room also has a large selection of common text books from classes at USC. On top of the great work space and books the room also offers one other invaluvle resources; our sisters. Often times sisters can be found working through assignments and doing projects in the scholarship room. It is always welcoming to have sisters in your classes and so amazing to have a space in the house for sisters to do work together!
One great feature of the chapter house is its gorgeous sprawling lawn. The lawn is a great place to relax, study or play sports on. Gamma Phi Beta girls love to set up the volleyball net and play together. We also host events on our lawn such as Rootbeer Float Fest, French Toast Feast, and Girls and Grilled Cheese. The front lawn is a great place to hold these philanthropy events and invite guests over to enjoy our house. The lawn is also an excellent place for social events such as movie nights and inviting fraternities over to play softball!

The patio is yet another great aspect of the chapter house. The patio is the perfect place to enjoy a meal, read, or lay out. Gamma Phi Beta is lucky to have so much outdoor space to enjoy the wonderful southern California weather.
