Sorority recruitment is such a fun, exciting and rewarding experience. Whether you're looking for a new group of friends or just a way to get involved, I urge you to participate in formal recruitment! You'll have the opportunity to meet new people, form lasting friendships, and get acquainted with USC. You'll also get the chance to participate in a strong USC tradition that can change your life. 

      In my times a Gamma Phi, I have had so many fabulous experiences, and I've met some incredibly impressive women who are all anxious to meet and get to know each and every one of you! I want to personally thank you for your interest in Gamma Phi and encourage potential new members to have fun and be yourself throughout the recruitment process- its long and can sometimes be difficult figuring out which house is best for you, but it's definitely a worthwhile experience!

If you are interested in participating in formal recruitment this fall please submit an application at the USC Panhellenic Website.

Unity Days 1 & 2- Conversation Day :

On Unity Days, potential new members will visit all 10 of the panhellenic sororities. We look forward to meeting each individual potential new member for the first time and getting to know her a little better. Conversation day is the first chance for potential new members to meet some of the sisters of each chapter.

Spirit Day- House Tours Day:

On Spirit Day, potential new members will attend a house tour at up to 7 chapters . The sisters of Gamma Phi Beta are always excited to invited potential new members into our home and offer them tours! During house tours  potential new members will be able to connect more with each chapter by being able to see their home.

Pride Day- Slideshow Day:

On Pride Day, potential new members will be able to view a slideshow of pictures and video clips of up to 5 chapters. Potential new members will be able to get to know each house further through the slideshows, conversations, songs and dances put on by each sorority.

Preference Day:

Preference is a more formal day in which each chapter welcomes potential new members for breakfast and a ceremony. After this final event potential new members will fill out their final bid cards.

Bid Night:

On Bid Night, potential new members will find out which sorority they have been invited to join, learn their recruitment counselor's affiliation, and then be taken to their Bid Night celebration! Each chapter looks forward to this fun and final night of recruitment! Chapters eagerly await the arrival of their new sisters and the chance to welcome them into their chapters for the first time with entertaining events at each chapter house!
