Welcome to Gamma Phi Beta at the University of Southern California! As President of the Beta Alpha Chapter, I am so proud to represent such an incredible group of women and I can't wait to introduce you to our cherished sisterhood here at USC. Gamma Phi is unique in so many ways--please take some time to read my experience here and browse the rest of our site.
Since I first joined Gamma Phi Beta, I have been amazed at how much we can achieve as sisters.
Leaders: From club presidents, to Order of the Torch recipients, and even Miss USC herself, our leadership earned us the Campus Involvement Award among all Greek organizations.
Athletes: We have won the Most-Athletic Sorority award, "Helen of Troy," for three years in a row!
Scholars: We consistently earn one of the top overall GPAs on the Row, by studying together and making school a top priority.
Philanthropists: We are truly devoted to philanthropy, especially our main cause, Troy Camp. From an all day Handball tournament for fraternities, to our delicious late-night French Toast Feast, an annual Have a Heart dinner for lung cancer research, and beach clean-ups and carnivals for kids, we raise thousands of dollars for causes close to our hearts.
In two of the past three years, Gamma Phi has won the President's Award for Overall Excellence, or "sorority of the year," based on all of these achievement! I am so proud of my sisters!
Most importantly, Gamma Phi Beta is committed to making our sorority a true sisterhood. The friendships I have found here are some that will surely last forever. We share laughs and memories at social events including exchanges, invites and dinners with fraternities. We bond in our beautiful home, located right in the middle of the Row. We truly cherish the ties of sisterhood as we see young and old alumnae return to share their memories with us.
For all of us, Gamma Phi Beta is part of everything we do, I invite you to join us in the celebration and tradition of our sisters!
Please feel free to contact me for more.
Sincerely in IIKE,
Melissa Zonne
